Dr Meredith Wiggins is a Staff Specialist in Paediatric Haematology at the Kids Cancer Centre, Sydney Children’s Hospital. Dr Wiggins cares for children in all areas of non-malignant haematology.
Dr Wiggins underwent medical training at the University of Sydney. She trained in clinical and laboratory haematology at The Children’s Hospital, Westmead and Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney and also practices as a pathologist at Laverty Pathology.
Dr Wiggins is a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of NSW. She is a tutor and undergraduate supervisor for medical students at UNSW and has been awarded for her high standard of teaching. Her research interests include ITP and haemophilia and she is currently undertaking a Masters in Genomics and Precision Medicine at the University of Sydney.
